You can easily create your own simbas profile by creating a username and password. We recommend that you use your valid email address as your username, to make it easy to remember.
When you create a user profile at Simbas you’ll be able to save and share the looks you create in our Wishlist accounts.
If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot Password” link and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via email. If you are not receiving the automated email, try checking your Spam folders. If you have ever opted out of our email marketing campaigns in the past, please call customer service to assist you in retrieving your username and password information.
We are very pleased to be such a popular brand with high quality, functional clothing made for kids to be kids! Unfortunately this means that we often sell products very fast, especially during sales. We recommend that if you are planning to make a purchase during a sale, checkout within 2-3 hours of adding the items to your cart. The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for 2 hours, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If you are post-poned from shopping, items may leave your cart, or become ‘sold out’ once you get to payment. If you are interested in saving or sharing lists, try sign in or creating an account, to create a Wishlist of products for the future. Please also note, that if you are saving discounted items and wait too long, these items may be sold out when you are ready to purchase.
Currently, we are unable to reserve items over the phone or online, we can advise that you visit the store physically to purchase the product and even fall in love with other products you never had a glimpse of online.

When making a purchase with your card, Credit Cards cannot be accepted through our systems. Please only use a Debit Cards and make sure your Billing Address and Name are the same as what is on record with your Card provider.
We generally do no reorder items once they sell out. If we do have any backorders coming in for an item, it will be specified in the item description. If you can’t locate the item you’re looking for on our website, give us a call or come to our store.
We work quickly to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Our systems are fully automated, which means that after you place your order it is sent to our warehouse to be packed and shipped. Although this is great news when you’re waiting for your order to arrive, it unfortunately means that we can’t add, change or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
